Our center offers a wide variety of healthy activities, among which we highlight:

Pilates

The Pilates method is based on exercises that help to improve muscle toning and joint flexibility through a succession of fluid and very controlled movements that are combined with breathing, which is the basis of this discipline along with the precision and control of the body, essential to execute all the movements in an ideal way without causing physical damage.

When Pilates or therapeutic exercise is performed properly, the patient improves coordination, flexibility and musculature. Among the different benefits that we can find by performing this activity on a constant basis, it is worth mentioning the correction of posture, often the cause of back pain, as well as an improvement in agility, balance and muscle toning.

The practice of this method has also been proven to help reduce stress and improve the self-esteem of those who practice it.

Pilates is recommended for all types of people and of any age range, being especially indicated for those who suffer from back pain or other joint pathologies. Classes are small (6 people maximum per class) and will always be led by a qualified physiotherapist.

Myofascial Therapy

The "myofascial induction" or "myofascial release" could be defined as a manual therapy technique, based on gentle tractions and pressures in different areas of the body with the aim of improving the restrictions that occur at the level of the fascia and that often generate pain.
